Avocado Kiwi Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 piece kiwi
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 4 leaves mint optional
Instructions
- Remove the skin of the kiwi (or leave for extra texture) and remove the skin and pit from the avocado. Peel the banana.
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and turn up the speed.
