  • 1 piece kiwi
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 4 leaves mint optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove the skin of the kiwi (or leave for extra texture) and remove the skin and pit from the avocado. Peel the banana.
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and turn up the speed.
