Ingredients
- 1 piece banana
- 1 cup raw cauliflower fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp cacao powder or chocolate proteïne powder
- 1 piece medjool date
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- handful ice
Instructions
- Pit the medjool date and cut the cauliflower if you have a fresh one.
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and slowly turn up the speed!
- If you would like the smoothie more sweet, add a medjool date or sweetner to your liking.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy!
