Coconut Mango Smoothie
Go coco with this mango smoothie
Equipment
1 Blender
1 Glass
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp yoghurt Preferably coconut yoghurt
- 1 piece banana
- 120 g mango Frozen or ripe
- 1 tbsp flaxseed, sunflower and pumpkin seed Optional
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes Optional
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender until smooth
- Taste and add to your liking
- Happy? Finish off with some coconut flakes on top, pour in a glass and enjoy!
