Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt Preferably coconut yoghurt
  • 1 piece banana
  • 120 g mango Frozen or ripe
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed, sunflower and pumpkin seed Optional
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes Optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in the blender until smooth
  • Taste and add to your liking
  • Happy? Finish off with some coconut flakes on top, pour in a glass and enjoy!
