  • 2 handsful kale
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ lime squeezed
  • 1 handful pineapple chunks preferably frozen
  • 1 piece ginger approximately 2 cm
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 1 piece banana optional


  • Remove the skin and pit from the avocado
