Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece pear preferably ripe
  • 1 cup coconutmilk or coconut water
  • 1/2 piece apple
  • 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Peel the pear, or leave it to add extra texture to the smoothie
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender and turn up the speed!
  • Smooth enough? Poor in a glass and enjoy.
