Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen or fresh
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt preferably greek yoghurt
  • 1 handful spinach optional
  • 3 pieces ice cubes optional
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cucumber and banana in pieces. If you prefer you can peel the cucumber
  • If you use fresh pineapple, peel it and cut in pieces
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and slowly turn up the speed
