Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocado's ripe
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 5 tbsp condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp ice preferably crushed
  • 1 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Let's start with the chocolatesirup. Boil the water and sugar in a saucepan, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the cacao, vanilla extract and salt and stir well until smooth. Let it cool to room temperature. Your chocolatesirup is done!
  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place it in a blender. Add the condensed milk, coconut milk and ice and blend until you have a nice smooth smoothie
  • Put 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup in two large glasses. Pour the avocado smoothie over the syrup and serve with a straw or ice cream scoop.
