  • 2 apples cored
  • 3/4 cup raspberries preferably frozen
  • 1/2 natural yogurt or any type you like
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 1/2 cup oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender en slowly turn up the speed
  • Too think for your taste? Add some oat milk or water.
  • Pour in a glass en enjoy!
