Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 cup raw cauliflower fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao powder or chocolate proteïne powder
  • 1 piece medjool date
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • handful ice

Instructions
 

  • Pit the medjool date and cut the cauliflower if you have a fresh one.
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and slowly turn up the speed!
  • If you would like the smoothie more sweet, add a medjool date or sweetner to your liking.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!
