medjool date

Instructions
Pit the medjool date and cut the cauliflower if you have a fresh one.
Add all the ingredients to the blender and slowly turn up the speed!
If you would like the smoothie more sweet, add a medjool date or sweetner to your liking.
Pour in a glass and enjoy!
