  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece beetroot
  • 1 apple peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 piece ginger about the size of a radish, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup kefir
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Chop the apple and ginger
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix!
  • We like this smoothie thick. If you like it more smooth add some more kefir or a drop of water. Enjoy!
