Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sweet potato (or butternut squash preferably frozen
  • 1 piece banana preferably frozen
  • 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingrdients to the blender and turn up the speed.
  • If the smoothie is too think for you, add some almond milk.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!
