Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece celery chopped
  • 1/2 piece cucumber
  • 1/2 piece apple
  • 1/2 piece lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1,5 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seed Optional

Instructions
 

  • Chop the celery, cucumber and apple in pieces and add to the blender
  • Pour in the almond milk and squeezed lemon and mix until smooth
  • Pour in a cup and add the chia seeds on top (optional)
  • Enjoy this healthy and refreshing smoothie!
