Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 piece banana ripe or frozen
  • 2 tbsp lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 pieces basil leaves optional
  • 3 pieces mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and turn up the speed!
  • Smoothie too think? Add some rice milk.
  • Not sweet or flavoury enough? Add some honey and/or basil and mint.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!
